Job Description
Full-Time Scheduler - Murrells Inlet Office Senior Helpers is currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Full-Time Scheduler to join our team in the Murrells Inlet office. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule of either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM . 1 hour lunch Break. As a valued member of the Senior Helpers Scheduling Team, you will play an essential role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional in-home care while improving the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our caregivers. Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and schedule caregivers for both new and existing clients based on assessments and care plans Maintain appropriate staffing coverage while supporting company profitability goals Manage daily caregiver scheduling and respond promptly to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs Ensure all schedules are fully staffed for the following business day and weekends before the end of each workday Accurately document assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, and related incidents in WellSky Communicate scheduling updates and concerns regularly with the Care Manager and Office Manager Participate in on-call scheduling duties as assigned Collaborate with HR regarding staffing needs and recruitment gaps Assist with maintaining caregiver files, including tracking licenses, certifications, insurance, and other required documentation in WellSky Audit timecards regularly to ensure scheduled hours match worked hours Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in staffing, scheduling, or recruiting Previous customer service experience required Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Experience handling multi-line phone systems while maintaining professionalism and patience under pressure What we Offer Next day pay with Tapcheck Training opportunities in our Center of Excellence 401K after 1 year for full time with company match PTO accrual after 90 days Health, Dental, Vision benefits for full-time ( 30 hours weekly) after90 days Equal Opportunity Employer Senior Helpers is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
