Perform all scheduling tasks such as progress monitoring, schedule tracking, and preparing both summary‑level and detailed project schedules. Develop complete Critical Path Method (CPM) logic‑based baseline schedules. Communicate the project execution plan, track performance against the baseline and monthly forecasts, and drive early identification and mitigation of schedule risks. Collaborate with cross‑regional engineering teams to ensure consistent design approaches and optimized solutions. Support the translation of design intent into manufacturing documentation in partnership with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality groups. Track, analyze, and distribute schedule data to enable project teams to effectively manage progress and review weekly status reports. Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with project management to drive resolution. Develop fabrication, integration, and construction schedules across all phases, from RFP and project kickoff through substantial completion and final turnover. Work with Pre‑Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Factory, and Construction teams to prepare detailed project schedules. Perform monthly schedule updates with narratives, target comparisons, and periodic look‑ahead schedules. Conduct schedule review meetings with project leadership and present schedule metrics and dashboard insights during internal and client‑facing meetings. Participate in Pre‑Sales and Business Development efforts, including proposal activities, presentations, and development of scheduling‑related contract language. Provide training and support on scheduling tools and best‑practice planning techniques to project and office personnel. Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to promote the value of schedule management and clear communication of project plans. Serve as a Planning & Scheduling subject matter expert with clients, educating them on scheduling standards and best practices aligned with owner requirements. Conduct factory or site walk‑downs to document progress, verify work with the project team, and update the schedule accordingly. Challenge project teams using historical, current, and forecasted schedule performance data. Perform schedule audits using diagnostic and comparison software to assess schedule quality, identify risks or gaps, and provide feedback to improve scheduling practices. Implement and train the scheduling team on advanced techniques such as weather modeling, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and cost/resource loading to better identify potential delays. Provide historical scheduling information as needed to support or defend project claims. Prepare schedule impact analyses as part of the change management process.
