Operations Assistant

Description:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help run and grow The Remix Room. This is a dynamic role for someone who's comfortable jumping between guest experience, bar service, personal assistant type work and more! This position starts at full time but can lead to operations manager for the right candidate!

What You'll Do:

Host and run paint/splatter sessions Bartend (21+ environment when applicable) Set up, reset, and clean experience spaces Help with events, private parties, and pop-ups Assist with general day-to-day operations Possibly handle light maintenance / handyman tasks but not mandatory.

Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction Comfortable in fast-paced, messy, high-energy environment Great with people + can control a room and bring energy Flexible schedule (especially evenings/weekends) Top tier management and organization skills

Description:

The Remix Room isn't a normal job—and we're not looking for a normal employee. We're looking for someone who can run experiences, serve drinks, fix problems as they happen, and keep control of the chaos when things get wild. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, handle people, manage energy, and jump between completely different tasks without missing a beat. You might be leading a session, bartending, cleaning, building, or solving an unexpected issue—all in the same shift. If you need structure and constant direction, this won't be a fit. If you're adaptable, reliable, and take pride in making things run right no matter what's thrown at you, you'll do well here.
