Scheduling Coordinator/Hygiene Coordinator

Brentwood Dental Excellece is hiring to add a team member at our front desk for scheduling/hygiene coordinator position . Candidate must be friendly, courteous, customer service oriented, hard working, have great computer skills, and a team player. Dental experience required. To be considered for this position, you must have DENTAL EXPERIENCE, possess confidence, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, accountability and excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome, and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner to create a great first impression. Front office duties including answering phone, checking office emails, schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow up Maintain hygiene schedule to include confirmations and filling the schedule Review treatment plans with confidence Verify dental insurance Process payments at check out

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
