What Your Impact Looks Like You'll prepare the line, dial in settings, and keep machines running at spec. You'll catch issues early, fix small problems fast, and verify quality on finished components. You'll take pride in a safe, organized work area and following 5S and safety procedures. Pay & Schedule You Can Count On Starting pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour 12-hour shifts (2-2-3) Work only 15 days per month Day and night shifts available Opportunities for overtime Role Responsibilities Operate automated manufacturing and production equipment Set up and calibrate machines for scheduled production Monitor equipment to maintain quality standards Inspect finished components to confirm quality Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues Maintain a clean, safe workspace Follow safety procedures and 5S standards Who Thrives Here We hire based on attitude, reliability, and work ethic—not just experience.
