Job Description

Operations Associate Position Overview Our client is adding a newly created Operations Associate role to their team. The Operations Associate will work closely with operations and compliance professionals to manage data, support platform-related processes, and assist with system optimization initiatives. This role is not client-facing, but it is highly collaborative and essential to the firm's day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Support daily operational processes including data reconciliation and reporting Maintain accurate account and system records across internal and custodial platforms Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance Support advisor and internal team operational requests Assist with system updates, workflow improvements, and operational projects Coordinate with custodians and third-party vendors as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of operations or back-office experience, preferably in financial services Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with custodial, CRM, or portfolio reporting systems a plus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
