Maintenance Scheduler

Job Summary Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to assist in reviewing equipment specifications and blueprints, estimation of material and labor. This role must be able to balance accounts and compile computer reports. Requires public contact and excellent personal skills. Must be able to make effective judgements in manager's absence. Duties

• Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
• Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
• Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
• Prepares backlog (BWB) for RCA's to review.
• Ensure proper sense is established in job scheduling (task relationships such as lead/lag, start/start, start/finish, etc.) for optimal scheduling and completion of jobs with fewest resources.
• Aware of shutdown window opportunities (local and site) within the production facility for proper planning and scheduling preparation. Required Experience
• 2 years associated procedural experience / data entry
• Scheduling experience required
• Experience required in fields of maintenance planning and scheduling
