Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center
- Sevierville, TN Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join our nursing team in Memphis, TN to help ensure optimal staffing and workflow efficiency in a compassionate, long-term care setting.
Our scheduler will collaborate closely with facility leaders to make a real impact on staff coordination, resident care and team support. Scheduler Requirements Minimum of 1 year of healthcare scheduling experience (long-term care preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment Scheduler Responsibilities Develop, post, and maintain staff scheduled for facility nursing department Monitor daily staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure coverage Coordinate replacement staff for call-offs, vacations, and leave of absence Communicate staffing updates clearly with department managers and facility leaders Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance and staffing changes Ensure compliance with facility policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements Support leadership with staffing related information and workforce planning Why Join Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center?
