We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our daily operations, dispatch, and administrative workflow. ⸻ Position Overview The Transportation Operations Assistant supports dispatch operations while handling critical office and compliance tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Assist dispatch with load tracking, driver check-ins, and updates Communicate with drivers and customers Organize and manage paperwork (rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices) Enter and update loads in systems or spreadsheets Help coordinate permits, insurance documents, and compliance items Maintain accurate records and filing systems Support scheduling and general office operations ⸻ Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (phone, email, and text) Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and reliability ⸻ Preferred Experience Understanding of BOLs, rate confirmations, and basic trucking paperwork Experience working with drivers or in a transportation office ⸻ Benefits•Health•Dental•
