Duties Engage with homeowners and business owners through friendly, professional door-to-door visits to introduce our services and offerings Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products or services, emphasizing benefits tailored to each prospect's needs Utilize warm calling techniques to schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring high-quality leads are generated consistently Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, tracking follow-ups and appointment details Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting success rates Handle objections confidently, using negotiation skills to overcome hesitations and secure commitments Follow up with prospects via outbound calling to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is preferred; strong communication skills are essential Familiarity with CRM softwares to manage customer data efficiently Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service mindset to build trust and rapport quickly Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling and marketing outreach Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups effectively Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus but not required A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for business development and sales Join us as a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter and become a vital part of our dynamic sales team!
