Operations Administrator — Roofing Lead Admin Track | Full-Time, On-Site Roofix Technologies LLC Arlington, TX Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $56,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Phone communication Slack Process improvement Administrative experience Attention to detail Office phone management Office experience Full Job Description About the role Roofix is a high-volume roofing operations company, and our DFW admin team is the engine that keeps homeowner communication, scheduling, permitting handoffs, and job documentation moving. We're hiring an Operations Administrator who can own the day-to-day admin workload at a high level — and who has the experience or potential to grow into a Lead Admin role on this team. To be clear about how this works: everyone on this team earns the lead seat by proving it in the daily work first. This is not a manager hire. You'll start in a full admin capacity, master our systems and SOPs, and demonstrate the reliability, judgment, and ownership we need before any promotion. For the right person, the Lead Admin position is open and the path is real — but it's earned, not assumed. What you'll do day to day Run welcome calls and 7-day color calls with homeowners, keeping every job moving through the pipeline on schedule Handle inbound calls, texts, and voicemails — answer what you can confidently answer, route what you can't, and make sure no homeowner is left without a response Complete daily pipeline reviews , verifying jobs are in the right stage and flagging missing information Monitor job comments and escalate issues to the right project manager or department head per our SOPs Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and log all feedback accurately Coordinate inspection scheduling with municipalities and AHJs once permits are pulled Prepare and send warranty documentation after jobs close and payment clears Manage shared inboxes and keep our system of record clean, accurate, and fully documented We'll train you on our specific tools and processes (RFX/Roofix.io, JustCall, Slack). You bring the work ethic and attention to detail; we'll teach you the systems. What we're looking for Required 2+ years of administrative, office coordinator, or customer-service experience — ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent phone and written communication ; comfortable making outbound calls and managing high message volume Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline — you close the loop and leave a clear paper trail Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workflows and deadlines without dropping anything Comfortable working in multiple software systems and learning new tools quickly Reliable, on-site, and ready to own your work Strongly preferred Senior or lead admin experience , or clear management potential — someone who naturally takes ownership, mentors peers, and improves process Experience in construction, roofing, home services, insurance, or a similar operations-heavy industry Track record of growing into more responsibility in a prior role Why this role is different A real promotion path.
