Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for an Operations (office) Coordinator in the Pantego TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executives calendar, meeting prep, and follow-ups Capture notes, track action items, and support leadership meetings Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, status updates, and deliverables Create and maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation Draft internal communications, SOPs, and meeting recaps Organize files, templates, and business documentation Support meetings, trainings, recruiting, onboarding, and special projects Monitor key deadlines, goals, and recurring business rhythms Follow up on tasks and ensure accountability across teams
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with leadership, teams, and external partners High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tracking tools Detail-oriented with a proactive, follow-through mindset
Preferred:
Experience supporting executives or senior leaders Background in operations-heavy or fast-paced industries Experience with project coordination, CRM systems, or process documentation

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type:
Contract to hire
Compensation:
$28-37/hr.
