Job Description
Who We Are CR Sustainability, Inc. provides large-scale environmental and janitorial services for stadiums, arenas, and other major venues across multiple states. Our teams support zero-waste initiatives by sorting waste to divert recyclables and compostables from landfills, helping venues meet their sustainability goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment. The Role We are looking for a Sustainability Operations Admin who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty—literally and figuratively. Someone who can lead with confidence, fix problems before they exist, and make things happen. You'll be the engine that keeps our operations running at full speed, and we will push you to grow every single day. Duties Be a trusted advisor for our large venue clients—anticipate their needs, develop solutions, and be the go-to expert on all things waste management by being the liaison between our office, clients, haulers, and field employees. Support and collaborate with the Sr. Sustainability Operations Coordinator as well as Sales and Leadership team members to grow existing relationships, land new deals, and market our services/products through email campaigns, client dinners, and on-site visits. Turn insights into revenue. Anticipate client needs, spot service gaps, and present strategic solutions that drive efficiency and improved service for our clients by up or cross selling. Manage orders in Salesforce. Ensure all event/service orders are accurately created and closed in Salesforce immediately so invoices are billed within 1 business day of service completion. Help coordinate business reviews & data audits to make sure we're not just meeting expectations but exceeding them. Proactively initiate and manage email interactions, ensuring client needs are met in real-time. We don't wait—every email deserves a response within 30 minutes. Jump in and support the customer service team when needed—because leadership is about rolling up your sleeves. Assist in coordination with expanding our operations and open new locations when the time comes.
The Ideal Candidate:
You can juggle 5 things at once and still execute flawlessly. Multitasking isn't just a skill—it's your superpower. You're obsessed with efficiency. You see waste (of time, money, or resources), and you fix it. You don't crumble under pressure. If you need a safe space, this isn't it. 3-5 years of experience in an operations-supporting role. Experience using CRM databases (Salesforce or similar). Excellent organization and follow-through. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all employee levels. Must be able to work in-office from 7:00am - 4:00pm, Thursday - Monday Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Spanish fluency strongly preferred and highly prioritized Experience in working-class or blue-collar industries strongly preferred and highly prioritized.
