WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work face-to-face with homeowners in neighborhoods where Marvelous Lights has completed installations. Your goal is to create interest, build trust, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Connect with homeowners and introduce our permanent lighting solutions Generate qualified appointments in target neighborhoods Educate customers on product benefits and installation options Participate in weekly training, coaching, and skill development Every conversation builds confidence, communication skills, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First 90
Days:
$4,000•7,000 per month
Established Setters:
$6,000•10,000+ per month
Top Performers:
$100,000•150,000+ annually
Leadership Roles:
Assistant GM and GM opportunities with significantly higher earning potential Top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Effort drives results.
