Job Description

Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and insurance. Verifying the availability of inhouse incontinence supplies. Confirming appointments and arranging meeting venues. Managing financial expenses and employee weekly schedules. Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines. Answering scheduling via phone. Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records. Performing other administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Extensive experience with office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in managing and rescheduling shifts, as well as recordkeeping. Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer queries. Ability to coordinate meetings with venue availability. Experience in Title 19 preferred Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fast learner Team player Positive attitude
