The Armstrong Company is seeking a high-energy and dynamic Operations Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational functions are running efficiently. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, and is highly self-motivated.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all paperwork from the prior day has been submitted and complete, and any other reports and pictures submitted. Review any job reports and handle any issues that occurred. Coordinate with salespeople regarding any customer issues. Monitor and handle any emails throughout the day. Work with VP, Commercial Operations on any outstanding tasks/pressing issues. Update job schedule throughout the day and ensure that job details are filled in correctly and completely. Any other duties as assigned by Manager.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school education or equivalent work experience. Possesses great organizational skills Proficient with using the MS Office suite of products and online apps for scheduling, inventory, and other items. Effective teamwork and leadership skills Must have a strong work ethic and overall positive attitudePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
