Veteran-owned plumbing company serving Conroe, The Woodlands, and Montgomery County. Licensed master plumber with 20 years of experience. Fast response, honest pricing, no runaround. We are growing and we hire people who want to grow with us Operations & Growth Coordinator We The Plumbers | Conroe, TX (Conroe / The Woodlands Area) | Primarily In-Office | Full-Time | $38,000 - $42,000 + Performance Bonus
THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL ADMIN JOB
We The Plumbers is a veteran-owned, fast-growing plumbing company based in Conroe, TX serving the North Houston and greater Montgomery County area. We also operate a commercial security company. Both businesses have clear, defined growth plans. We know exactly what needs to happen. We need the right person to make it happen. This role is part business operations coordinator, part growth executor, part right hand to the owner. You will have direct access to the owner, real accountability, and the satisfaction of watching the results of your work show up in the numbers every single week. WHAT YOU'LL
DOOwn Day-to-Day Business Operations You will be the operational backbone that keeps multiple business priorities moving without things falling through the cracks. This means managing a shared priority board, keeping projects on track across two companies, and making sure the right things get done each week. You are not here to be managed — you are here to help manage what matters. Execute the We The Plumbers Growth Plan This is your primary responsibility. We have a step-by-step growth plan to scale We The Plumbers from startup to $1M in revenue. You will own the execution of that plan week by week.
Specific responsibilities include:
Execute the We The Plumbers growth plan week by week — campaigns, systems, follow-up sequences, and market outreach — and own the results Manage HouseCall Pro as the operational backbone — job pipeline, customer records, automated follow-up sequences, and performance data Track and report weekly KPIs to the owner — calls received, jobs booked, revenue, close rate, and average ticket — and flag trends before they become problems Coordinate and manage direct mail campaigns from brief to launch, working with our designer and vendors to hit deadlines and budget Manage our Google Business Profile — photos, posts, and review responses — to keep our online presence competitive and current Manage the Patriot Plumbing Club membership list, renewals, and customer communications Answer inbound calls and book service appointments when our plumber is in the field — speed wins jobs in this industry, calls are returned within 10 minutes Support Our Security Company Operations For our commercial security company, you will help configure and launch outbound sales tools — prospect lists, CRM setup, and email outreach sequences using platforms like Apollo.io. Once operational you hand it off to our Account Manager and stay focused on plumbing growth execution.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You do not need to have done this exact job before. But you do need to bring the right instincts and the right work ethic. We are looking for someone who is: Organized by nature — you track things, you follow through, you do not let priorities disappear Tech-comfortable — you learn platforms like HouseCall Pro, CRM tools, and campaign software quickly and without hand-holding Self-directed — you can work through a defined plan and keep moving without needing to be checked on constantly Fast — in home services, the first company to answer the phone gets the job. You understand that urgency. A strong communicator — professional on the phone, clear in writing, direct in person Accountable — you own your results, you report what is working and what is not, and you course-correct without being asked Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following: HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar field service management platforms Small business or multi-business environment — wearing multiple hats is normal to you Home services industry — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar Marketing coordination — direct mail, Google Business Profile, Facebook Ads, or campaign management Military background or military spouse — we are a veteran-owned business and we value the structure, discipline, and mission-focused mindset that comes with it
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$38,000 - $42,000 base salary depending on experience
Bonus:
Performance bonus tied to business growth milestones — reviewed at 90 days
Location:
Primarily in-office — 910 Cable St, Conroe, TX (serving the Conroe / The Woodlands / Montgomery County area). Schedule mirrors the owner with flexibility built in.
Hours:
Full-time, standard business hours
