Production Planner/Scheduler

Production Planner/Scheduler 10650 FM 1484 Rd, Conroe, TX 77303 Full-time Full-time We are a growing and fast-paced manufacturing company operating in a specialized industrial environment and are currently looking for a Production Planner to join our team. The position involves coordination between production, engineering, purchasing, and shipping to help maintain production flow and support on-time delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Duties included:

• Carry out planning and coordination of production schedules for machining department
• Manage schedules and workflow to ensure that deliverables are made in a timely manner
• Consult material handling department to ensure team members have appropriate material lined up for work orders
• Collaborate with Inventory Management to avoid shortage in inventory

Problem Solver:

able to handle issues in a way that doesn't hinder production and delivery

• Work closely with Department Leads to accomplish production goals
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years ERP experience in a similar position
• Must be able to pass background and substance screening
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and work for a minimum of 9-hour shift
• Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), stretching and bending is required
