What you will do:
: Position Summary The HR Shared Services Associate provides administrative and operational support for a wide range of human resources processes. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR inquiries, maintaining employee records, supporting HR transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process HR transactions accurately and timely, including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and employee data changes. Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and system updates. Assist with benefits administration and coordinate with vendors as needed. Monitor and manage HR service requests through ticketing or case management systems. Generate reports and provide data support for HR metrics and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
What you will bring:
: Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in HR, customer service, shared services, or an administrative support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Skills Experience working in a shared services or high-volume HR environment. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Familiarity with case management systems and service-level agreements (SLAs).
