Operations and Acquisitions Coordinator - Distressed Real Estate Deed Hero El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time $25.43 - $30.63 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Fair Housing Act Customer service Database management Customer relationship management Organizational skills Contracts Full Job Description Job Overview We're a fast-moving distressed real estate acquisitions company specializing in heir property, probate, and partial-interest deals. We're looking for someone to own the movement of every deal through our pipeline — keeping acquisitions reps, title research, and leadership in sync so nothing stalls between first contact and close. Duties Coordinate handoffs between acquisitions reps, title/probate research, and leadership so deals don't stall. Track tasks and follow-ups across the deal team; chase down what's outstanding and close loops without being told. Track tasks and assignments from leadership to the team; expedite the flow of work and follow up to completion. Draft real estate documents, correspondence, and memos; verify accuracy of agreements, reports, and data before they reach leadership. Coordinate with deal and acquisitions team to prepare purchase agreements, contracts, and other documentation necessary for closing deals. Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and property details within the company's database. Develop and nurture relationships with industry professionals such as real estate agents, attorneys, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless acquisitions. Oversee administrative tasks related to property management post-acquisition to ensure smooth transition and operational setup. Experience Background in real estate, title, legal, or another deal-driven environment where you kept transactions on track. Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and local compliance standards essential for responsible transactions. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Previous experience in customer service or sales roles that emphasize relationship-building and client satisfaction.

$25.43 - $30.63 per hour
