Full Job Description Pay:
$100-$400+ per day (100% Commission) Job Summary Trojan Solar is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, generate qualified leads, and set appointments for our sales team. You'll work directly with a Sales Manager who will provide training, support, and coaching. No solar experience is required; we'll teach you everything you need to know. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door Speak with homeowners and generate interest in solar Set qualified appointments for the sales team Track leads and appointments using SalesRabbit Represent Trojan Solar professionally Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable transportation is preferred
