Job Description:
Addison Group is actively seeking a Shipping Specialist to support our client in the mortgage banking industry. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in shipping operations within mortgage or banking, who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, document-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the intake and handling of physical loan documents Accurately scan, package, and prepare outbound shipments via FedEx Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipping activity Ensure compliance with internal and external shipping procedures Collaborate with internal departments to confirm documentation accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of shipping or collateral experience within the mortgage industry Familiarity with warehouse lending operations or mortgage banking processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation Proficient in using scanning equipment and shipping systems (e.g., FedEx) Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
