Summary We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers in our pet boutique located in your area. This role is vital in delivering personalized experiences that align with our mission of improving pet happiness through quality products and services. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing. Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Ability to speak over the phone and book grooming appointments Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with cash handling procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of pet care products is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
