Job Description

Part-Time Position Regular Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, plus every other
Saturday Training Schedule:
During the training period, employees must be available to work 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM . Training is conducted during these hours to ensure proper exposure to our busiest operating times and customer interactions. Superior Notary Services is a leading nationwide mobile and online notary service seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Scheduler. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced office environment. Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment. Responsibilities Schedule notaries and contractors to complete assignments throughout the United States Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other communications Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure assignments are completed successfully Negotiate fees with contractors and vendors Perform quality control checks and follow up on completed assignments Enter and maintain accurate information in multiple software systems Assist with general office and administrative duties Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Coachable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working with multiple computer programs simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work efficiently with dual monitors and multiple browser windows Ability to gather information, research, and enter data while actively speaking with customers What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, learns quickly, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in producing accurate work. Previous scheduling, dispatching, call center, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
