This is a fast-paced, mid-level role responsible for coordinating installation schedules, managing job flow, and ensuring seamless communication between crews, vendors, and internal teams. This position is critical to maintaining efficiency, reducing delays, and supporting overall job profitability. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate siding installation jobs across multiple crews and locations Manage daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely project completion Communicate with field crews, project managers, and internal departments to align schedules Track job progress and proactively adjust schedules based on delays, weather, or material availability Enter and maintain job data in systems, including QuickBooks Online and internal platforms Verify job details, purchase orders, and documentation for accuracy prior to scheduling Assist with invoicing coordination and job closeout processes Respond to emails and scheduling requests within expected service timelines Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Qualifications 2+ years of scheduling, coordination, or operations experience (construction industry preferred) Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment English/Spanish fluency is required What Success Looks Like Jobs are scheduled accurately and completed on time Crews are fully utilized with minimal downtime Communication between office and field is clear and consistent Scheduling conflicts and delays are minimized or resolved quickly Invoices and purchase orders are sent accurately and on time Who We Are Searching For We are looking for A players only.
