Full-Time Reporting to: COO Role Overview INNOVA is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Showroom & Experience Operations Manager to lead the setup, standardization, and ongoing operations of new and existing showrooms across the U.S., with a primary focus on Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring that every INNOVA showroom delivers a consistent look, feel, and customer experience, aligned with the company's brand, operational standards, and technical requirements. Maintain consistency in visual presentation, product placement, and overall customer experience. Work in close partnership with the Procurement Specialist to coordinate sourcing, purchasing timelines, vendor execution, and delivery schedules related to showroom setup, operational materials, and expansion activities. Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Setup & Standardization (Primary Focus) Lead the setup and launch of new showrooms, ensuring alignment with INNOVA's brand, design, and operational standards Establish and enforce uniform showroom layouts, design elements, and customer experience guidelines across all locations Oversee contractors, vendors, and internal teams during showroom build-outs and upgrades Ensure all showroom elements (equipment, displays, lighting, AV, layout) are fully installed, tested, and operational prior to launch Maintain consistency in visual presentation, product placement, and overall customer experience Trade Shows & Event Support (Secondary Responsibility) During periods where showroom buildouts, launches, or operational demands are lower, this role will support trade shows, exhibitions, and field events to ensure consistent execution of INNOVA's brand and technical standards.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution Assisting with logistics, materials coordination, and vendor management Ensuring alignment between showroom standards and trade show presentation Providing hands-on operational support during key events as needed Operational Oversight & Quality Control Conduct regular reviews of showroom conditions to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness Identify and correct inconsistencies across locations to maintain a standardized experience Develop and maintain checklists, SOPs, and setup guidelines for showroom operations Act as the point of accountability for showroom readiness and presentation standards Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical teams, and Procurement to align showroom functionality with business and operational needs. Coordinate with contractors, installers, vendors, and the Procurement Specialist to ensure timely execution of purchasing, logistics, installations, and operational readiness across showroom locations and events. Support training initiatives by ensuring showrooms are properly equipped and operationally ready for use. Expansion & Scaling Support the rollout of new showroom locations as the company expands Ensure each new location is delivered with consistent execution, branding, and operational readiness Continuously improve setup processes to increase efficiency and scalability Hands-On Execution Assist with on-site setup, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed Resolve operational or technical issues quickly to maintain showroom standards Travel as needed to support new builds, upgrades, and audits across locations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in operations, showroom management, facilities, or project coordination Strong ability to manage vendors, contractors, and multi-location setups High attention to detail with a focus on consistency and execution Experience with build-outs, physical spaces, or technical environments preferred Ability to balance hands-on work with oversight responsibilities Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel as needed To apply - https://zurl.to/cEi2
