Certified P6 Scheduler

Certified P6 Scheduler Position Summary The Certified Primavera P6 Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction project schedules using Primavera P6. The Scheduler works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure accurate planning, progress tracking, and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequences, and schedule logic. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks. Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates. Coordinate scheduling activities with project teams and subcontractors. Perform schedule impact analysis and support delay or change order evaluations. Qualifications Primavera P6 certification required. 3-7 years of construction scheduling experience. Experience working with a General Contractor or construction projects. Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
