Scheduling Coordinator - Join our Therapy Private Practice!

Are you organized, compassionate, and looking to make a difference in the mental healthcare industry? Our private therapy practice is seeking an dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to help ensure smooth operations and provide outstanding support to our clients and therapists.

DUTIES:

Answer phone calls and respond to website inquiries from clients, providing professional and compassionate customer service. Match new clients with a Therapist who best fits their needs. Schedule and cancel client appointments. Verify client insurance benefits.

SKILLS:

Proficient computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.

REQUIREMENTS

In-person work at The Katy location (24044 Cinco Village Center Blvd, Katy

TX 77494

) 40 hour work week Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.

Start date:

June 1st, 2026 Commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality. Experience in scheduling, administrative roles, or customer service is preferred.
