Job Description

Agricultural Drone Operations Assistant DroneOculuar is seeking a dependable and hardworking Operations Assistant to support agricultural drone spraying operations in the Kenedy Texas area. This position involves assisting with field operations, equipment setup, chemical handling, and general support duties. No drone or pesticide licenses are required. Training will be provided. The ideal applicant enjoys working outdoors, can follow instructions carefully, and takes pride in being dependable and professional. Responsibilities Assist with preparing equipment for daily operations Mix and load herbicides and other agricultural products under supervision Load and unload batteries, generators, tanks, and support equipment Help maintain drones, trailers, pumps, hoses, and support equipment Monitor battery charging and equipment organization Assist with cleaning and maintenance after operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures Assist with general field operations as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in South Texas weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable working around agricultural equipment and chemicals Preferred Qualifications Agricultural, ranching, farming, landscaping, or construction experience Experience towing trailers Mechanical aptitude Experience operating equipment or power tools Experience working outdoors Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Work in hot and humid weather conditions Stand, walk, bend, and work on uneven terrain Load and unload equipment throughout the day Work Schedule Agricultural spraying is weather dependent.
