Dr. Jacob Parson, Assistant Professor of Exercise Science and Director of SU Wellness Institute Summary Of Responsibilities The EXSI Operations Coordinator supports essential day-to-day functions of the Department of Exercise Science and Sport Management, assisting with operations, communication, and event coordination. Essential Functions Day-to-day operations & administrative support Event planning & coordination Department social media management Supplies inventory & purchasing coordination Travel planning assistance Website updates & content management Department meeting coordination (scheduling, agendas, notes)

Additional Required Expectations Note:

Responsibilities may flex week-to-week based on departmental priorities (e.g., heavier event or travel weeks). Education, Experience And Skills Required Be enrolled as full-time student at Schreiner University. (Certifications, travel, communication skills, computer skills, etc.)
