Job Description
Primary responsible for all facets of course scheduling for the TDLRN, Central Campus, Ft Hood District Service Area, Continental sites, , and Europe classes to include building, uploading, and maintaining class data on the GoArmyEd portal, training users, monitoring enrollments, developing procedural manuals, and other related-activities. This includes the Ad Astra software, Informer, Pivotlink when needed, ILP, WebEx and Blackboard assistance Associate degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher learning required or two years college (60 semester hours) from a U.S. regionally accredited institution with required experience. Three years of progressively responsible experience, preferably in data management. If 60 semester hours, three years' student services/registration experience in a higher education. Prefer experience in high education records and registration using student information system ( SIS ), and working with military. Excellent computer, technical, and organizational skills. Able to use student information systems. Able to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email on a daily basis. Above average speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills. Able to meet deadlines and multi-task. Ability to learn hands on. Have strong attention to detail. Ability to make frequent independent judgment as it relates to the standard policies, practices, and functions of the college. Assist in the building and maintenance of course schedules. Upload course schedules and required class data, tuition, and fees to portals and make necessary changes and updates. Monitor course enrollments and notify responsible entities of course status. Maintain quality control of all course schedules and class data to ensure accuracy. Coordinate technical requirements with the appropriate technical personnel and other designated entities. Interface with the CTC C&I and Texas personnel; along with ACES and other third parties regarding course schedules, changes, and cancellations. Develop training materials and provide training as needed. Participate in Conference calls, pre-service and in-service training, and serve on committees as needed. Assist the Associate Dean/Admission, Registration, & Records in providing system-wide curriculum and course schedule support. Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
