In this role, you'll assist with daily jet ski rental operations, customer service, safety guidance, equipment setup, and general fleet support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is dependable, and has strong communication skills. Responsibilities Assist customers with check-in, safety briefings, and rental procedures Launch, retrieve, and secure jet skis safely and efficiently Inspect, clean, refuel, and prepare equipment before and after rentals Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions professionally Assist with scheduling, reservations, and rental operations Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or customer issues promptly Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional rental environment Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, and water environments Ability to lift, move, and assist with equipment and watercraft Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy Ability to work weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, equipment rentals, or outdoor recreation Ownership of a truck capable of towing trailers is a plus Compensation Compensation based on experience and availability. Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
