This role focuses on coordinating customs clearance activities, supporting customer operations, and ensuring compliant and efficient shipment processing through U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agencies. Celeritas Brokers is a growing customs brokerage operation focused on delivering responsive customer service, compliant processing, and continuous operational improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in international trade, logistics, customs brokerage, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and process customs documentation through the company's ABI system Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and government agency releases Review commercial documentation for accuracy and compliance requirements Support post-entry activities and operational follow-up when needed Maintain accurate operational records and compliance documentation (POAs, USMCA certifications, etc.) Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and government agencies to resolve shipment issues Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and service Utilize internal reports and operational systems to support compliant shipment processing Assist with tracking, tracing, and reporting of import/export shipments Collaborate with team members to support smooth and timely operational flow Meet and coordinate with government officials and partner agencies when required Qualifications Experience in customs brokerage, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred ABI experience preferred but not required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with technology platforms and operational systems Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Bachelor's Degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship What We Offer Career growth opportunities within the customs brokerage and trade industry Exposure to international trade and government compliance operations Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Professional development and training opportunities
Base Pay:
$13.15 - $18.00 per hour
