Lewisville, TX (suburb of Dallas, TX) Job Summary The Field Operations Specialist handles field events including live and recorded cases for the Immertec platform, and installations of audio/video equipment to support these events Position Responsibilities Field Operations & Technical Support

• Install & operationalize Immertec carts at locations domestically
• Communicate with facility staff for scheduling and room access
• Collaborate with facility staff to best fit into workflow for live and recorded events
• Setup, run and break-down equipment for live and recorded cases
• Coordinate and communicate with other key Immertec stakeholders
• Troubleshoot any technical issues with analytical approach to resolution Travel Requirements
• Domestic and international travel may be required, including travel to hospitals, surgical centers, customer sites, conferences, and industry events
• Ability to travel as business needs dictate, including occasional evenings or weekends. Travel estimated at 50-75%. Physical Demands & Travel
• Transport, load, and unload professional video and AV equipment, including hard-shell protective cases up to 70 lbs. per case. Position Qualifications
• Professional in appearance and demeanor to all people regardless of title
• Analytical thinking to enable finding the best camera angles and customer experience for recording and live-streams, and troubleshooting potential issues
• Physically able to work with a wide range of audio & video equipment including regularly transporting heavy cases (up to 70 lbs.
