In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, coordinating client/ caregiver schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and administrative staff. Your proactive approach will help optimize homecare operations, improve client experiences, and support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about providing outstanding medical administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Staffing and scheduling assigned caseload. Communication with clients and families regarding set schedules and unscheduled events (no-shows) Monitoring visits for no-shows Communication with care managers regarding schedules and client updates. Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Swyftops, and similar platforms for scheduling and administrative tasks Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse patient populations Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key), and familiarity with health information management software Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette in a busy front desk environment
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's structure.
