Position Overview As a Kitchen Operations Associate , you'll be a key part of our daily operations. This is a dynamic role that involves rotating between stations — frying , grilling , assembling tacos and burgers , and learning to use the register . We're looking for someone with hustle, precision, and a strong desire to learn and grow with the team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items (fry fish/shrimp, grill meats, assemble orders) Maintain quality and speed during busy rushes Keep workstations clean and organized Use the register to take orders and interact with customers Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support opening/closing duties, restocking, and general cleaning tasks What We're Looking For Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required Fast learner who takes pride in their work Reliable, punctual, and adaptable Comfortable working in a fast-paced food truck environment Can lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Friendly and team-oriented attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus Why Join Us?
