Operations Lead Pay rate:

$12/hr We are seeking an Operations Lead to support the Operations Coordinator in daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and effective team leadership within the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow and enforce operational instructions and procedures Support the Operations Coordinator in daily tasks Ensure safety standards are met for all operators Lead and supervise the work area and team performance

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Alternating Saturdays (half day or full day based on operational needs) Flexibility in schedule required
