Job Description

RPM Staffing is seeking an Infusion Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient infusion treatments based on prescribed medications and required administration schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patient treatments according to physician orders and medication requirements Respond to phone calls and patient portal messages regarding appointment scheduling Assist patients with understanding authorization and approval processes Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure attention to detail Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Medical background preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Proficiency with scheduling and administrative tasks To apply, visit RPM Staffing at 1803 W.
