Temporary (4-6 weeks, with possible extension) Job Summary Responsible for coordinating patient treatment schedules based on medication timing and required administration protocols. This role supports daily clinic operations by managing appointment scheduling, handling patient communication, and assisting with insurance authorization processes. Key Responsibilities Schedule patient treatments according to medication timing and clinical requirements Manage incoming phone calls and patient portal messages related to scheduling Resolve scheduling conflicts and update appointments as needed Assist with understanding and tracking insurance authorization approvals Communicate clearly with clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling Maintain accurate records in scheduling and patient management systems Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using phone systems and electronic scheduling/portal tools Basic understanding of healthcare scheduling or willingness to learn quickly Good communication and attention to detail Previous medical office or administrative experience preferred RPM offers employees Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Referral Bonus opportunities!
