Job Description

Think Net Tailored Wealth Solutions is a Guardian Life agency based in New Braunfels, TX, specializing in comprehensive financial planning for individuals, families, business owners, and educators. Our approach is built around helping clients grow and protect their net worth through insurance, investment strategies, and estate and legacy planning — all under the securities and advisory platform of Park Avenue Securities (PAS). We are a small, close-knit team with a strong process-driven culture, and we're currently seeking a detail-oriented, people-first individual to be the organizational backbone of our day-to-day operations.
Agency Operations Specialist Objective:
Deliver excellent customer experience by overseeing office and facility administration, onboarding logistics, operational support functions, and internal office organization to ensure smooth operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions. Coordinate facility maintenance, vendors, supplies, and equipment. Oversee onboarding and offboarding logistics for new hires and advisors.
Workflows managed include:
Payroll registration and onboarding, background consent initiation, workspace readiness, training and certification registration and completion, orientation with internal and external partners, and electronic systems registration and access. Coordinate, track and maintain agent credentialing and training programs and processes. Facility logistics including maintaining facility meeting schedules and ensuring facility preparedness ahead of events. Provide administrative support to leadership and operations staff as needed. Maintain office procedures, forms, and administrative records. Draft, document, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from initial development through final implementation. Responsible for coordinating revisions, ensuring procedural accuracy/completeness, and obtaining final approval from the Operations Manager prior to rollout or publication. Anticipate and proactively resolve office operational issues before escalation. Coordinate office technology setup and workstation readiness. Assist with agency event logistics, facilities coordination, and operational support during events as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Prior experience or knowledge of insurance underwriting and financial planning industries preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2 years of administrative or operations experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to report to two local offices in San Antonio and New Braunfels using personal transportation.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation as local travel between facilities is required. Valid Texas Driver's License in good standing. Extended periods of sitting and keyboard work. Clean criminal and driving record.
Pay:
$46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
