This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's standing with clients and regulatory agencies by managing compliance systems such as Veriforce, ISNetworld, TPS Alert, and DISA. Key Responsibilities Compliance Management

• Maintain and manage company compliance with Veriforce, ISNetworld, TPS Alert, and DISA
• Ensure all required documentation, certifications, and safety metrics are current and accurately submitted
• Monitor compliance dashboards and proactively address deficiencies or alerts
• Coordinate audits and respond to client or third-party compliance requests Safety Program Administration
• Develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and applicable oil & gas regulations
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), JSA/JHA documentation, and safety manuals
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions Training & Certifications
• Track employee certifications and expiration dates
• Coordinate onboarding safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with drug and alcohol testing programs (DISA)
• Maintain operator qualifications (OQ) and training records Field & Operational Support
• Perform job site safety inspections and audits
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and violations
• Implement corrective actions and follow-up procedures
• Support field crews in maintaining safe work practices Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance metrics
• Prepare reports for management and clients
• Track TRIR, EMR, and safety performance indicators
• Ensure all documentation is audit-ready Qualifications
• 2+ years of safety/compliance experience in oilfield or industrial environments
• Working knowledge of Veriforce, ISNetworld, TPS Alert, and DISA
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Preferred:

• OSHA 30 Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• DOT compliance experience
• OQ system knowledge
