We're hiring an entry-level associate to handle the financial heart of our operation — disbursements and account work where precision matters more than anything. This is the first step on a long career path inside our company, designed for someone who wants to start at the foundation, master it, and grow steadily from there. You don't need experience or a finance degree. You need an accountant's mind — careful, methodical, accurate — paired with the people skills to communicate clearly and the curiosity to keep getting better at the work. This isn't heads-down, calculator-only work. You'll be on the phone and in conversations constantly with team members and outside parties, so we need someone outgoing and confident, not someone who hides behind a spreadsheet.
