What You'll Do Build and maintain caregiver schedules for 100+ weekly shifts Respond in real-time to call-outs, cancellations, last-minute changes Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, clients, and families Track and manage EVV, authorizations, shift notes, and compliance Step in and provide care personally if coverage cannot be found Rotate on-call shifts during evenings/weekends What You Bring 2+ years in home care, hospice, or healthcare scheduling Prior caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, or direct-care role) Extreme organization , attention to detail, and tech comfort Ability to hold caregivers accountable and make firm decisions Local to Plano / McKinney area (within ~30 min) Available for in-office work + on-call rotation Compensation & Benefits $15 - $18/hr (depending on experience) PTO earnings, office closed on major listed holidays 401(k) and growth opportunities Proactive health benefits Schedule Core hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM , with flexibility Shared evening/weekend on-call coverage How to Apply Click Apply to submit your resume and answer pre-screening questions.
