Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and personable Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer the phone and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries effectively using phone systems. Schedule service calls and manage calendars for staff members. Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Skills Proficient in computer literacy with experience in office software applications. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Familiarity with calendar management tools to coordinate schedules effectively. Ability to operate phone systems for effective communication within the office. Experience with file management systems to maintain organized records.
