Job Description

A growing construction and development company is hiring an Operations Coordinator to support project teams, office administration, and daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of a business. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with project managers, accounting staff, vendors, and clients to help ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.

ResponsibilitiesProject & Administrative CoordinationSupport project managers with documentation and reportingCoordinate meetings, schedules, and project communicationsTrack contracts, permits, and project-related recordsAssist with vendor onboarding and compliance documentationPrepare reports and maintain project filesOffice OperationsManage office workflows and administrative processesCoordinate supply ordering and vendor relationshipsAssist with customer inquiries and project updatesSupport leadership with special projects and operational initiatives
