Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Order Processor and Scheduler, where your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence across our supply chain operations. In this vital role, you will coordinate production schedules, manage inventory levels, and ensure seamless communication between departments to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing workflows. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of quality, delivery, and operational agility in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in supply chain management, ERP systems, and demand planning to make a tangible impact on our production success. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to prioritize work orders, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet delivery deadlines. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to ensure optimal inventory control, minimize waste, and support lean manufacturing principles. Coordinate with partners to track raw materials, components, and finished goods flow throughout the production process. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in production planning and inventory control. Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Acumatica; experience with MRP modules is highly desirable. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and demand planning techniques to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners. A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities to address scheduling conflicts or supply disruptions swiftly. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
