Job Description
AMS Real Estate Services - Tyler, TX AMS Real Estate Services is a nationwide commercial real estate due diligence firm based in Austin, TX. For more than 25 years, we have provided collateral-level advisory services to banks, credit unions, and loan servicing firms nationwide. We complete over 15,000 property inspection reports annually, supporting both existing loans and new loan originations. We are currently seeking a full-time Contract Operations Coordinator in Tyler, TX, available immediately. This is not a remote work position and instead in office Responsibilities Receive and enter new client orders into the AMS Inspection Portal Input demographic and property data into inspection reports Communicate with clients, inspectors, borrowers, and the AMS team via email and phone for scheduling of site inspections Resolve property access and day-to-day coordination issues Delivery of completed reports through secure uploads and email Qualifications Positive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn web-based systems Reliable desktop PC setup required (Mac systems and laptop-only setups are not suitable) Dual or triple monitor setup required
