Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Scheduler to join our dynamic Christian Base Security Company. In this vital role, you will coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring seamless communication between clients, field teams, and project managers. Your expertise will help optimize project timelines, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong time management skills. Key Responsibilities Answer high-volume incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Accurately document events, customer interactions, and service requests within the dispatch system. Follow established company procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational protocols. Coordinate service appointments and communicate scheduling updates as needed. Update customer account information and maintain accurate records. Monitor ongoing activities and escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses and maintain safety and security standards. Perform additional administrative and dispatch-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, email, and dispatch or monitoring software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Dependable attendance and punctuality. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Universal City, TX. Willingness to complete required background checks, drug screening, and job-related training. Preferred Prior experience in dispatching, call center operations, security monitoring, customer service, or a related field. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
