Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Shipping & Operations Specialist to join our team and support daily warehouse and fulfillment activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, efficient inventory management, and timely shipments to customers . This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment . Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments and ensure all documentation is complete Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and tracking Use warehouse systems to process and update orders Inventory Management Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Monitor stock levels and support replenishment processes Maintain organized storage areas to improve workflow efficiency Quality & Safety Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Identify and report process improvements or operational issues Returns & Support Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines Support internal teams with order status and shipment inquiries Requirements Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software. Forklift certification preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
