(GenComm) 4 reviews Full-time Job Summary The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily execution of service tasks and operations administrative functions. This position ensures efficient scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination of service and operations activities while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. What you will be doing
Service Coordination :
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, and warranty work Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments, site access, and service requirements Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems Prioritize and route service tickets based on urgency, SLAs, and technician availability Track service progress and ensure timely completion of all service work Communicate updates, delays, and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders Support emergency service response coordination when required Support billing processes by verifying service tickets, labor hours, and materials used
Operations Administration:
Maintain accurate documentation and data in Solutions360 Assist with job creation, tracking, and closeout documentation Assist with coordinating and booking job travel accommodations Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for parts ordering, staging, and returns Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety protocols, and documentation standards
Qualifications:
2-5 years AV integration, construction, or operations experience Experience with Solutions360 or similar systems preferred Strong organizational and multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized. Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups. Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as Google Suite (i.e. Calendar, Chat, Docs, Keep, Meet, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date. Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations. Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation. Valid and current driver's license.
